UFO Blaster is a general-audience game open to players of all ages. If you are under 13, we encourage a parent or guardian to be aware of your use of the service and to review these terms. By using UFO Blaster, you confirm that a parent or guardian has given permission if required by the laws of your country or region.
UFO Blaster can be played without an account. If you choose to register, a callsign (pilot name) is randomly generated for you by the game — you do not choose or provide a name. No email address or personal information is collected. Your access token is the sole means of account access; keep it private.

Scores and callsigns submitted to the leaderboard are public. Feedback you submit may be reviewed by the game operator. Do not include personal or sensitive information in feedback or callsign fields.
All game code, design, assets, and content are owned by the operator of UFO Blaster (askshiba.com). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game for personal, non-commercial use. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
UFO Blaster is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of UFO Blaster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service — including but not limited to loss of data or loss of scores — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of UFO Blaster shall not exceed $10 (ten US dollars). This nominal cap reflects the nature of a free service and is not intended to limit claims that cannot be capped by applicable law.
UFO Blaster is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Pages, Workers, and D1). Your use of the service is also subject to Cloudflare's Terms of Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the effective date above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of UFO Blaster that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, on an individual basis and not as part of any class action. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction.
